Principals, Rebecca D. Jones, ASID, and Bernard V. Holnaider are credited with years of profitable design solutions and solving difficult budget challenges for new construction and renovations projects. RDJA's business philosophy insures Principal involvement on each and every project. Our award winning, 28 person design firm integrates the disciplines of experienced and talented International architects and interior designers specializing in new construction, renovations and adaptive reuse. Our Project work includes boutique hotels, resorts, restaurants, spas, time-shares, fractionals and multi-family residences. RDJA is nationally recognized, listed among Interior Design magazine's 2008 "Top 200 Giants", with current project work throughout the United States and the Caribbean. Projects include Bear Creek Mountain Resort and Spa, PA; The Cliffs Resort, CA; Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort & Spa, MD; Hyatt Regency San Francisco, CA; The Landmark Hotel, VA; and Fairmont Hotel's New Luxury Residential Tower, Baltimore, MD, and a total new cutting edge design of the Original Key Bridge Marriott Hotel, Arlington, VA. Relevant experience includes Westin Kierland Resort Villas for which we received two ARDA Design Awards for "Best Common Areas" and "Best New Resort Unit/ Suite". Our International experience includes Sugar Mill, a five star business resort hotel in Antigua, West Indies.

We also offer total turn key services through our procurement division, Becwood Purchasing, Inc.
