Campus, company or community - The EMS Master Calendar™ gives everyone instant, online access to a centralized calendar of events that not only provides date, time and location, but also displays a detailed event description, directions to the venue and any other important information you choose to enter.
The system provides:
- Any number of public or private calendars with automated workflow for approving event submissions
- Centralized or distributed web calendar management
- Calendar subscriptions and event reminders
- Multiple icon sets, shading options, logo upload and more to simplify branding
- Easy sharing of event details on social networking sites (Twitter®, Facebook®, Digg®, etc.) and ability to copy events to other calendars (Microsoft Outlook®, Google Calendar®, Yahoo Calendar®, etc.)
Designed to be a centralized source of event information, the EMS Master Calendar's data can come from a wide variety of sources, including activities entered directly into specific departmental calendars, data imported automatically from other EMS room scheduling systems, as well as event information imported in a variety of file formats that may come from other scheduling/calendaring systems (importing requires the optional Data Connector Module).
