Operational Analysis & Reviews
An operational analysis and review of an existing hotel examines areas where the hotel is performing well and areas that are in need of improvements. Our report considers both objective and subjective performance characteristics through our inspection of the property and the completion of various interviews. During the course of our research we will interview management of the property, management of comparable properties, clients of the property, and knowledgeable city and county officials. We will also perform a financial review comparing the financial performance of the subject property with industry standards and our database of over 1,000 financial statements of hotels.
