The North Central Group is a Madison, Wisconsin, owner, developer and operator of quality hotels built on enduring principles and an unbridled passion for hospitality and real estate development. Founded in 1981 by Chairman and CEO, David A. Lenz, we manage more than 20 hotels under six different Hilton and Marriott franchises.

Made up of three entities - North Central Group Hotel Investors, LLC, North Central Mortgage, Inc., and North Central Management, Inc., - our expertise and experience enable us to develop, finance and operate hotels that guests want to come back to again and again.
