The Edge™ (made in the USA, of 300 series stainless steel) has the strongest corners in the industry providing a good seal where the pan meets the table. And the exclusive Grip-N-Lift™ bead makes the pans easier to get in and out of the well.
Classic pans are manufactured in the United States as well, with 300 series stainless steel produced in United States steel mills for consistent quality, available in 20 and 22 gauge. The Value Series pans are imported, made with 300 series stainless steel, 24 gauge.
