The Hatco Serv-Rite Portable Buffet Warmers are designed to keep prepared foods at optimum serving temperatures without affecting quality. They are perfect for self-serve buffer areas. The base has digital temperature control for accurate food holding and the top has halogen light and heat that is variabley controlled by a base mounted dimmer switch. The SRBW-1 includes one 2-1/2" (64 mm) high full size food pan, a removeable utensil tray for easy cleaning, and a 6' (1829 mm) cord and plug.
